Sabi ni Rhea, IN LOVE AKO.

SASABIHIN KO SA INYO NGAYON... IN LOVE AKO!

Actually, matagal ko na itong pinipigilan.

Matagal ko nang inililihim sa inyo.

Pero ngayon, narealize ko,

...BAKIT KO KAILANGANG ITAGO KUNG SOBRANG LUPIT NUNG NARARAMDAMAN KO?

...KUNG NAGBIBIGAY ITO SA AKIN NG WALANG HANGGANG KASIYAHAN?

...KUNG ALAM KO NA DAHIL SA KANYA, PATULOY AKONG NABUBUHAY AT NAIINSPIRE SA LAHAT NG GINAGAWA KO?

...KUNG ALAM KO NA SA BAWA'T KILOS KO, SYA ANG INIISIP KO?

...KUNG BAKIT LALONG TUMATAG ANG AKING PANANAMPALATAYA?

...KUNG SA PAGMULAT NG AKING MGA MATA SA UMAGA HANGGANG SA AKING PAGTULOG NG GABI, SIYA ANG LAMAN NG AKING PUSO'T DIWA.

...KUNG SYA ANG DAHILAN NA NARITO AKO.

...KUNG MINAHAL NIYA AKO KAHIT DI AKO PERPEKTONG TAO.

...KUNG BAKIT HINDI MAPAPANTAYAN NG MGA SALITANG MAKIKITA NYO SA BLOG ENTRY NA ITO KUNG GAANO SYA KAGALING AT KALUPIT.

... KUNG BAKIT NARARAMDAMAN KO ANG LANGIT DITO SA LUPA.

...KUNG BAKIT ALAM KONG PAGKATAPOS NG BUHAY NA ITO, ALAM KONG MAKAKASAMA KO PA RIN SYA.

I admit.

I HAVE BEEN SELFISH.

But you know what?

I SHOULDN'T BE.

Because

HIS LOVE HAS ALWAYS BEEN UNCONDITIONAL.
HE HAS ALWAYS REMAINED FAITHFUL EVEN IF WE WEREN'T.
HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN STILL.
HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE TO PROTECT AND STRENGTHEN US EACH DAY.
HE HAS TURNED OUR MOURNING, SORROWS AND PAIN TO EVERLASTING JOY.

So kung tatanungin nyo ako ngayon:
BAKIT?

at MAHAL RIN NYA KAYO.

Nakakakilig 'noh?

INTERESTING CONVERSATION

An Atheist Professor of Philosophy speaks to his Class on the Problem Science has with GOD, the ALMIGHTY.

He asks one of his New Christian Students to stand and . . .

Professor : You are a Christian, aren't you, son ?
Student    : Yes, sir.
Professor : So you Believe in GOD ?
Student    : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD Good ?
Student    : Sure.
Professor : Is GOD ALL - POWERFUL
Student    : Yes.
Professor : My Brother died of Cancer even though he Prayed to GOD to Heal him.

Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill.

                   But GOD didn't.

How is this GOD good then? Hmm?

( Student is silent )

Professor : You can't answer, can you ?

                   Let's start again, Young Fella.

                   Is GOD Good?
Student    : Yes.
Professor : Is Satan good ?
Student    : No.
Professor : Where does Satan come from ?
Student    : From . . . GOD . . .
Professor : That's right.

Tell me son, is there evil in this World?
Student    : Yes.
Professor : Evil is everywhere, isn't it ?

And GOD did make everything. Correct?
Student    : Yes.
Professor : So who created evil ?

(Student does not answer)

Professor : Is there Sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness?

All these terrible things exist in the World, don't they?
Student    : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, who Created them ?

( Student has no answer )

Professor : Science says you have 5 Senses you use to Identify and Observe the World around you.

Tell me, son . .. . Have you ever Seen GOD?
Student    : No, sir.
Professor : Tell us if you have ever Heard your GOD?
Student    : No , sir.
Professor : Have you ever Felt your GOD, Tasted your GOD, Smelt your GOD?

Have you ever had any Sensory Perception of GOD for that matter?
Student    : No, sir. I'm afraid I haven't.
Professor : Yet you still Believe in HIM?

Student    : Yes.
Professor : According to Empirical, Testable, Demonstrable Protocol, Science says your GOD doesn't exist.

What do you say to that, son?
Student    : Nothing. I only have my Faith.
Professor : Yes, Faith. And that is the Problem Science has.
Student    : Professor, is there such a thing as Heat?
Professor : Yes.
Student    : And is there such a thing as Cold?
Professor : Yes.
Student    : No sir. There isn't.

( The Lecture Theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events )

Student    : Sir, you can have Lots of Heat, even More Heat, Superheat, Mega Heat,

White Heat, a Little Heat or No Heat...

But we don't have anything called Cold..

We can hit 458 Degrees below Zero which is No Heat,

but we can't go any further after that.

There is no such thing as Cold.

Cold is only a Word we use to describe the Absence of Heat.

                   We cannot Measure Cold.

                   Heat is Energy.

Cold is Not the Opposite of Heat, sir, just the Absence of it.

( There is Pin - Drop Silence in the Lecture Theatre )

Student    : What about Darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as Darkness?
Professor : Yes. What is Night if there isn't Darkness?
Student    : You're wrong again, sir.

Darkness is the Absence of Something¡K

You can have Low Light,  Normal Light, Bright Light, Flashing Light . . .

But if you have No Light constantly, you have nothing and its called

Darkness, isn't it? In reality, Darkness isn't.

If it is, were you would be able to make Darkness Darker, wouldn't you?
Professor : So what is the point you are making, Young Man ?
Student    : Sir, my point is your Philosophical Premise is flawed.
Professor : Flawed ? Can you explain how?
Student    : Sir, you are working on the Premise of Duality.

You argue there is Life and then there is Death,

a Good GOD and a Bad GOD.

You are viewing the Concept of GOD as something finite,

                   something we can measure.

Sir, Science can't even explain a Thought.

It uses Electricity and Magnetism, but has never seen,

much less fully understood either one.

To view Death as the Opposite of Life is to be ignorant of the fact that

Death cannot exist as a Substantive Thing.

Death is Not the Opposite of Life: just the Absence of it.

Now tell me, Professor, do you teach your Students that they evolved

                   from a Monkey?
Professor : If you are referring to the Natural Evolutionary Process,

                  yes, of course, I do.
Student    : Have you ever observed Evolution with your own eyes, sir?

( The Professor shakes his head with a Smile, beginning to realize where the Argument is going )

Student    : Since no one has ever observed the Process of Evolution at work and

Cannot even prove that this Process is an On - Going Endeavor,

Are you not teaching your Opinion, sir?

Are you not a Scientist but a Preacher?

( The Class is in Uproar )

Student    : Is there anyone in the Class who has ever seen the Professor's Brain?

( The Class breaks out into Laughter )

Student    : Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's Brain, Felt it, touched or Smelt it? . . .

No one appears to have done so.

So, according to the Established Rules of Empirical, Stable,

Demonstrable Protocol, Science says that you have No Brain, sir.

With all due respect, sir, how do we then Trust your Lectures, sir?

(The Room is Silent. The Professor stares at the Student, his face unfathomable.)

Professor : I guess you'll have to take them on Faith, son.
Student    : That is it sir . . .

The Link between Man & GOD is FAITH.

That is all that Keeps Things Moving & Alive.

NB:
I believe you have enjoyed the Conversation . . . and if so . . .

You'll probably want your Friends / Colleagues to enjoy the same . . . won't you?

Forward them to Increase their Knowledge . . . or FAITH.

It turned out later that the student is Albert Einstein.

I got this suggestion from the Circus mailing list. :) Below is the original message:

From: erwin rafael
To: eraserheads@ yahoogroups. com
Sent: Monday, March 9, 2009 7:59:25 PM
Subject: [eraserheads] Let's name part of the international space station as ERASERHEADS

Eto trip trip lang. NASA has entered for public polling the naming of NODE 3 ng International Space Station. There are four options (Earthrise, Legacy, Serenity and Venture) but there is also a WRITE IN option. Ginamit ito nung komedyanteng si Stephen Colbert kaya mapapansin niyo Colbert yung number one write-in suggestion. Hahaha

Now we Filipinos have this knack of winning online polls sa mga beauty contest and in campaigning for the New 7 Wonders. Ngayon, tingnan natin kung mamomobilize natin ang mga Eraserheads fans to have part of the space station named Eraserheads para international talaga ang dating at malagay ang Pilipinas sa mapa.

Go to this site:

Write ERASERHEADS sa write-in suggestion. 400,000 plus pa lang ang bumoboto. :) We can vote once a day up to March 20, 2009.

Ano masasabi niyo? Game!!!

Don't forget to vote every day until March 20! Tell the other Eheads fans to vote, too. :)

Oh well, next week, I really wouldn't be around people I love that much, but I'd be doing things that God wills.

Sunday is rest day.

On the day of my birthday, I wouldn't be with anyone but the people at home. Or at least, I really hope not. I mean, yeah, it is great to spend it with my family but I also want my friends to be with me... it is, after all, my birthday, and I just want to feel the love... and part of my wishlist is to worship with YFC.

The following day will be my CLP orientation and I'm so excited because I've met some of the people from SFC-Sto. Domingo Chapter (WEST B!) thanks to Regz, my bitch who is currently in Cebu for the ICON. Haha! :D So yay.

Wednesday, I'll be in Taguig from 5-7, I think, for a GK appreciation talk. Can anyone come with me, at least, for support? Kahit 2 or 3 lang. Hee. Still nervous, but God will help me.

Thursday is quite... I really don't know.

Friday... I do not know times infinity.

Saturday, GK Build and play.

My wish this year? to be happy, to be with people i love, to celebrate life with people I love and to praise God. maybe a simple gathering and a few good wishes from others too. a reminder of the comfort i experience when i'm with people i love. a hug. peace and calmness. simple things, really. or the jonas brothers (joe, preferably) haha, kidding! and throw in a cheesy movie marathon too. :) bottomline: i want to celebrate simply. :)

If you’re interested in becoming a Power User, just keep using Yahoo! Messenger! Every so often we take a look at who’s rising to the occasion, and we add more Power Users to the program.

_

This is just Yahoo's way of saying that all of us who are Power Users don't have much to do in life but chat till we drop and that our social lives are down to negative infinity percent!

On the plus side, I get avatars and icons!

BEAT THAT non power-users! HAHAHA!

It's been a while since I've posted anything Jonas, i think... so here's a blog entry from their MySpace shedding light on the breakup issue.

"To Our Fans from Joe, Kevin and Nick:

It is our normal rule to avoid talking about our private lives. It seems that it has come to the point where we must address a few things. We would prefer to address these things and then leave it alone from that point forward.

We felt like it was important to respond because recent events have affected our fans. It is important to us as artists and brothers to enlighten regarding this situation. Our fans are the most important thing to us.

There are rumors and suggestions that are being publicized in the press right now about us. Like all people our age we are trying to find someone special that we can share time with in our busy lives. We all have busy schedules and high demands. We love our life and are thankful for all that we have. We are simply stating that it is difficult to maintain relationships with the kind of life we live.

We love our fans and it is important to us to protect that relationship.

To Our Fans from Joe:

This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.

Several things I will state with all my heart…

I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.

There were later attempts at communication that had no response.

I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Hope this helps enlighten a little.

We love you and miss you

Joe, Kevin and Nick"

I want this. Haha. I miss reading Time magazine because I only get a copy whenever my tito or tita from the US brings home copies of the back issues. Yeah, I don't buy my own. The last one I've read was the one with Cindy McCain (?), I think.

I'm bored to death and still reluctant to go to school. I chanced upon this picture of Pope John Paul II when a random thought about the crypts in Vatican lingered in my mind.

Haha. Cute. How often do we see Popes like that? Haha.

Oh well. I'm not much of a Ratzinger fan. I think that if I live to see a lot of Popes in my life, he's gonna be the only one that I'll really be drawn to. I cried when he died.
